Membership information and a set of four Co-op Membership ID/Rewards cards [2-wallet and 2-Key card size] will be mailed within 2-5 business days of receiving this request if approved. If you do not receive cards within this time frame, please contact Member Services to check on the status of your application.

If there is a need to contact you regarding your application, you will receive an email reply addressing any concerns. The processing of your application will be on hold until those concerns are resolved.

Monday-Thursday* 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Friday* 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

*Hours and days of availability are subject to change due to holidays. Your application will be reviewed and processed as quickly as possible. The office is closed during most holidays.
